Can my booking be changed?

Your booking can be changed at any time. And if you have booked a non-cancellable, non-refundable fare, we will offer you a reschedule.

How can I cancel a reservation made via a reservation platform (Booking, Expedia, Tablet Hotels, Mr&Mrs Smith......)?
Please contact the platform you used for your reservation directly.

How can I prepare my stay with peace of mind?
Our rates can be changed free of charge and cancelled 48 hours before your arrival at the hotel.

Can I have a meal at the hotel?

We offer a range of simple, quality dishes, served in the room or in the lounge, depending on health restrictions

What is the situation in Paris?

Events, bars, restaurants, museums, are concerned by the implementation of the health pass.

The latter consists of the digital or paper presentation of one of the following 3 health proofs:

- Proof of full vaccination

- Negative test (PCR or antigenic) less than 48 hours old

- The result of a positive PCR or antigenic test demonstrating recovery of covid-19 that is at least 15 days old and less than 6 months old.

What additional hygiene and cleaning measures have you put in place?
We have arranged for:
- The cleaning of common areas and in particular handles, switches, lift buttons and room keys several times a day.
- That each room is blocked for 24 hours after a guest has left (subject to availability).
- The use of bactericidal and virucidal disinfectant detergents, active against the Corona Virus.

What preventive measures have your teams adopted?
- Staff are equipped with masks, gloves and hydro-alcoholic gel.
- The teams have been specifically trained in barrier gestures. They make sure to wash their hands as regularly as possible.


How have you adapted the breakfast service?

Your breakfast will be served in your room or in the lounge, depending on health restrictions.

Do you have masks and hydroalcoholic gels available for guests?
We have masks and hydroalcoholic gels available on request. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be invited to use the hydroalcoholic gel dispenser to disinfect your hands.

Bottles of hydro-alcoholic gel are available at various locations in the hotel.
