Can I have a refund if I cancel a reservation?

At any time you may alter your reservation. And if you have made a non refundable-non cancelable reservation, we shall offer you to postpone the dates of your stay.
How can I cancel a reservation booked via a booking platform Such as Booking, Expedia, Tablet Hotels....?
We invite you to contact directly the platform you have used for your reservation.
How can I prepare my stay with peace of mind?
Until august 31st 2020, during the summer season, you can alter your reservation free of charge or cancel up to 48hours prior to your arrival.
Can I have a meal at the hotel?
We offer you a selection of simple and tasty dishes to be served in the privacy of your room.
Have you decided when the hotel will reopen?
The hotel is now open for reservations. We have implemented safety and hygiene measures . We invite you to check the availability of rooms on our website www.hotelrecamier.com
The lockdown period ended on May 11th: what is the situation in Paris?
Bars and restaurants have been allowed to reopen on their outside terraces . A number of them also offer take away options.
Large museums and monuments are reopening gradually, starting June 9th until mid-July. Some of the small ones have already reopened. Cinemas will open on July 2nd.
Public parks are open ( Luxembourg gardens, Jardin des Tuileries...)
Public transports are operating normally and with safety and sanitary rules. When you travel, wearing a mask is compulsory.
All Paris railway stations are open.
Charles de Gaulle airport is open with some restrictions.
Orly airport is currently closed but could reopen at the end of June.
OUR HYGIENE AND SECURITY COVID 19 MEASURES
What extra hygiene and cleaning measures have you put in place?
Here is what we have planned:
- Extensive cleaning and disinfection of bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas before reopening.
- Several times a day, disinfection of common areas surfaces, particularly door knobs, handles, light switches, elevator knobs and room keys.
- Every bedroom will be unoccupied for 24 hours after guest departure (according to availability)
- We are using special disinfectant, bactericide cleaning products, also active against corona virus.
What are the precaution measures followed by your staff?
The staff is equipped with masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic lotion.
They have been specifically trained to follow the new safety requirements regarding physical distanciation. They also make sure to wash hands as often as possible.
How will you organize the breakfast service?
Instead of the traditional buffet in the lounge, your breakfast will be served in your room, in order to avoid interaction.
Will you have masks and hydroalcoholic gels at your guests disposal?
We shall have masks and hydroalcoholic lotion at your disposal, and you will be invited to use the hydroalcoholic dispenser for your hands upon entering the hotel.
These dispensers will be found as well in other areas of the hotel.
